- A portion of the personal information we receive from customers may be outsourced to external service providers in order to improve service quality and convenience. In such cases, we will provide appropriate instructions and supervision to ensure proper management by the contractors.
- 4. Guarantees and limitations of liability regarding personal information
- Furuya will not disclose personal information to third parties other than contractors without the customer’s consent. However, in cases where disclosure is required by law, we may disclose personal information without prior consent. In addition, we bear no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked from this site.
